First up today is Leaving a Legacy Designs.  She has put her kit Chalk Talk as well as the Quickpages on sale for $2 today.   She is also holding a contest.  If you upload a layout using Chalk Talk into her gallery over at STS (which can be found HERE), by Friday October 26th you will be put into a draw to win a $5 coupon to her store!  The winner will be announced on her blog in Saturday’s Galley Stand Out post.

Mommy Me Time Scrapper has Gardener’s Delight, Gardener’s Delight: Farming, and the Gardener’s Delight Quickpages all on sale for $2 today.  Tammy has also created a freebie for you, so you can head on over to Mommy Me Time Scrapper’s Blog by clicking HERE.

And on other news happening today, Digi-designs by Nicole is hosting a speed scrap tonight. Be sure to mark your calendars because you'll definitely want to come join in this fast pace fun - especially so you can get this adorable 'Under My Bed' monster mini kit. See you then.

So now that it is 5am where I am, I am off to bed.  I have been busy working on my week 4 submission for the Design Quest 2012.  I am not sure if it is a good thing that everything thing is coming together pretty fast.  When I look back I have probably spend 12 hours on it already.  Maybe that is why I forgot Tuesday.  Well that is going to be my excuse this week!  At least you still have lots of time to check out what is on sale.

There is also a Cardstock and Glitter Pack, and a pack of Quickpages available:

A little girl I know is into all things Tangled.  On her birthday she got a tangled doll as a gift.  She was so happy, and didn’t even want to have her cake.  This is the layout I created with one of the pictures from that day.  A also created some word art for you.  Just click on the picture to download it.

My Little Star

Happy Saturday.   As promised I am posting my latest entry from Design Quest 2012.  This week 3 of our papers, and all 8 of our elements had to include stars!  So as I was thinking I came across some new photos of my great niece Kailey.  She is such a cutie, and was my inspiration for this kit.  (She is the one in the layout!)  It is called My Little Star.  You can download it for free over at Scrapping Fairytales.  (Just click the preview to go to my gallery post with the link to download it.)  It will be available until October 31st.  Feel free to leave a comment, and I would love to see anything that you create with it.

That is it for me today.  If you are new to my blog, welcome.  There are lots of freebies here, so feel free to take a look around.

What a Hoot Freebie

Hi everyone.  I know that I am normally quiet on Fridays, but I have played with a new kit and even created a freebie for you.  This is the kit that I used.  It is called “What the Hoot” by Arts and Ains Designs.

I used this kit, as well as a template from Meagan’s Creations, to create this layout of me and my sister.  It was taken on the day of her wedding.  (Hence the big knife!)  To download the freebie, just click on the preview.
