Merry N Bright

(If you are looking for the Worldwide Christmas Scrapbooking Freebies, you can either scroll down until you find it, or you can click on the flyer on the right hand side to be taken directly to it.)

One of my favourite things at this time of year is looking at all of the colours.  Against the white and brown backdrop, houses are adorned in lights and the bright colours of mitts and hats that are coming out of hibernation.  That is also what caught my eye when I seen the newest kit by Katie Creates “Merry N Bright”

(Template – Fuss Free Freebie 18 by Fiddle Dee Dee Designs)

This kit is available in both of her stores, and is on sale for 40% off until December 13, 2012

     @Stuff To Scrap                   @Scrapable

I also have a freebie that I made using Everyday Matters by MDK Scraps for you today.  This kit is a wonderful go to kit that is easy to create with.  It is currently only $2.00!  So don’t delay in picking it up.

I wish each and everyone of you an amazing weekend.  December is going so fast for me, that I am afraid that I will miss it if I blink!

December 3rd

Tale as old as time is the first thing I thought of when I first seen the preview for a new collab from Mommy Me Time Scrapper and Growing Pains Designs.  And it seems that I can't stop singing it even still.  If you haven't already guessed this new collab was inspired by Beauty and the Beast.  It is called Magical.   And what is more magical than talking teapots and clocks.

I also have some things to tell you about what is happening at Stuff to Scrap.  First up, Leaving a Legacy Designs is hosting the QP challenge this month.  The kit she chose is one of her newest ones, Joyful Noise, and it is also on sale for 30% off this month.  If you haven’t participated in this challenge it is quite easy.  Simply create a quickpage with Joyful Noise, upload it to the challenge thread HERE, and send the file to Kimberly.  At the end of the month she will send you the links for ALL of the QPs created for this challenge.  Easy as that.

Since it is the beginning of a new month, a new fabulous Scavenger Hunt today. On the 1st and 15th of each month a different designer is featured at Stuff to Scrap. They have a great sale in their store as well as a Featured Designer Challenge! Some designers will also sponsor a Scavenger Hunt!  This hunt you are playing for a $2 coupon to The Scrappy Kat's store.
She's got lots of fabulous kits coming up for $2 Tuesday so you'll be able to grab one with your coupon from this hunt!

Great prize huh? So how does this work?

- Check out the clues below
- Look through Kat's store to find the names of the kits these elements come from
- PM me (Missy) your list. I will confirm receipt and Kat will send out your prize within 24 hours. Please allow some time for me (Missy) to review your answers.

Here are your clues!

Good Luck!  I love doing these, and will be checking it out tomorrow afternoon!

There is also a speed scrap today!  Tracy of Growing Pains Scrapped is hosting the one today.  The prize you ask?  4 QPs that coordinate with her kit, Holiday Hoopla!

I also wanted to say thank you to everyone who has left me a comment about my freebie for the Worldwide Christmas Scrapbooking Freebies.  They have meant so much to me.  I have had to change the place where you can download them since there has been so much traffic that dropbox has suspended my account!  (I think that is a good thing.)  I am trying to stay away from 4shared and mediafire, but it means that I don’t know too much about the ones that I am using except that I get no pop ups when I download from others.  So fingers crossed.  I will keep all of the links on the original post when I get them so that they are easy to find.  The flyer on the right hand side will take you directly to that post.

Happy December 1st

December is officially here.  You can tell by the icy roads and many accidents here in Southern Ontario today that it is starting off in true form.  So since I have no inclination to go outside, I decided I would get this posted ready.  Like yesterday I have several new releases to show you today.  If you are here looking for the Worldwide Christmas Scrapbooking Freebie, you can either skip to the post below, or click on the flier on the right hand side.

Romajo has bundled together her kit Christmas Express and has put it into her store.  You can buy each piece separately, or all bundled together.   She also has a freebie on her blog, to go there just click HERE.  (All images are linked)

(Also started with the template available in the Christmas Express Template Pack)

MDK Scraps had the following kit available as prizes for a few things over at Stuff to Scrap, so if you missed it then it is now available in her store.  It is called Everyday Matters, and is exactly that.  A kit that you can grab over and over again.

(Used In the Round 2 by Fiddle Dee Dee Designs and September 2012 FB Freebie by Little Green Frog Designs)

Since it is December it also means that there are new Build a Kits over at Stuff to Scrap.  YAY!  Here is a look at all of the parts, as well as the coupon code for you to save 50% if you buy 3 or more.

Leaving a Legacy Designs has 7 different parts in this months BAK!  Here are a close up of them.

I love how all of the kits I have shown you over the past two days have been so different and yet all of them are very relevant to this time a year.   I love when that happens.  That is all for me today.  I have to go back to the mess that was in my Clean Sweep layout from yesterday in order to get things ready for Christmas.  If anyone wants to get lost in a sea of papers (some which I have to keep) feel free to contact me!

Worldwide Christmas Scrapbooking Freebies

Hi everyone, and welcome to my blog.  I have so happy that you are here.   A year ago, I was just starting to scrapbook digitally, and when I had found the Worldwide Christmas Scrapping Freebies I was in heaven.  So many goodies available.  So this year I thought I would put together something for you.  A month ago Christmas Cards were on my mind.  So I created this kit to help me get them done.  I did make the kit full sized, since I wanted to scrapbook with it as well.  If you are unsure where to go next, or want to go back to the master list over on the Worldwide Christmas Scrapbooking Freebies blog just click HERE.  (Please note that since designers all over the world are involved they may be posted at different times on December 1)

**The links have expired.**

Thank you for stopping by.  I would love to hear from you.  Feel free to take a look around.  Most of the freebies here are still available.

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays

New Release Friday!

I haven’t had to share many new kits for you on Fridays, but today is different.  I have so much to show you, and they are all different.  I have joined the CT of Katie Creates.  She has just recently opened up two stores.  One is over at Stuff to Scrap, and the other is at Scrapable.  She also has two new kits going into her stores today.  She has “Clean Sweep” that is a beautifully coloured kit all about cleaning.  I don’t know about you, but that has definitely been on my mind with the upcoming holidays.  Her other kit is called “Let It Snow”  I love all of the blues.  But enough of me talking writing, here are the kits:

As I mentioned they can be found at  STUFF TO SCRAP  and  SCRAPABLE

(Used Sweet Days 2 Template Pack by Fiddle Dee Dee Designs)

(Used Slipping Through My Fingers Template Pack by Fiddle Dee Dee Designs)

Arts and Ains also has a new kit today.  It is called Worth a Thousand Words.  It is perfect for all of those precious pictures that you take, and has a nice neutral palette.  I also have a page starter that I created using this kit.  Just click on the preview to download.

(Used In a Flash Template Pack by Fiddle Dee Dee Designs)

Leaving a Legacy Designs also has a new kit.  This kit is going to be the featured kit in the Quickpage Exchange over at Stuff to Scrap for the month of December.  (PS Joyful Noise will be on sale for 30% off for the month of December!)  All you have to do is create a QP and post it, and at the end of the month you will get the download links for all of the other QPs created that month.  Now on to the kit.  It is called Joyful Noise.  I love these animals singing!  Kimberly has also put up a new freebie that coordinates with this kit.  Just click HERE to go to her blog to get the link.

(Used Shake it 3 Template Pack by Fiddle Dee Dee Designs)

It looks like the designers are getting ready for the holidays.  I decided to tear a room apart.  (Why?  I don’t know!)  so It looks like someone turned a fan on in front of a stack of papers.  So I have to deal with that before I can move onto Christmas.  Wish me luck.
