Katie Creates has been super busy creating, and today she is releasing another one! In Full Bloom. This kit reminds me of the spring flowers peeking there heads up out of the empty gardens. The tulips are just starting to open, YAY! And while I had none coming up when I did this layout, I chose this colourful one of my great niece wearing her Daddy’s hat.
